1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the joy7 website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you enter into a binding legal agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first visit to the platform, whether or not you complete a registration. Your continued use of joy7 at any time constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

joy7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on joy7. Duplicate accounts will be detected and closed. Balances and winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided. Account Verification (KYC): joy7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card, passport, or bank-issued document — before your first withdrawal is processed or if your account triggers a routine review. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in advance.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on joy7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not require currency conversion — your wallet balance, bonus amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are all displayed and settled in BDT. joy7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your joy7 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. joy7 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges. Refused Transactions: joy7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the matter will be escalated to the security team and, where required, to the appropriate authorities.

4 Betting Rules & Game Conditions

All bets placed on joy7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, event, or game in question. General betting rules are set out below. Sport-specific rules and casino game rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet ID by the joy7 system. Bets that are not confirmed due to a network interruption, system error, or insufficient account balance are not valid. In the event of a technical failure on joy7's side that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, joy7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening based on real-time event conditions. Bets placed during a period of market suspension will be rejected. Accepted in-play bets are binding once the system confirms them, even if the match situation changes immediately after confirmation.

Cricket Markets: For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all international cricket fixtures, the following additional rules apply:

• If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Ball-by-ball markets settle on the official outcome of the delivery as determined by the on-field umpire's decision, unless overturned by DRS review, in which case the DRS outcome prevails.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms for an individual offer state otherwise.

7 Intellectual Property

By using joy7, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your joy7 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before processing a voluntary closure, support will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are dispatched. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification, unless the account was closed under a self-exclusion arrangement.

Platform-Initiated Suspension: joy7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration or verification information;

• Operating duplicate accounts or acting as a proxy for an excluded or banned player;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Consequences of Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, joy7 reserves the right to void all pending bets and casino game rounds, forfeit any bonus balances, and retain winnings derived from activity that breached these terms. Real-money deposits that cannot be linked to fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any deductions have been applied.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. joy7 will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 from your account balance. No dormancy fee will be applied to accounts with a zero balance. Dormant accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in.
